7.2 Financial transaction data is retained for 7 years to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA) and regulatory audit requirements.
7.3 Once the retention period expires, your personal data will be securely deleted or permanently anonymised so it can no longer be linked to your identity.
