Six key things you need to know before using the ocs8 platform
The ocs8 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active ocs8 account. Registering multiple accounts for any purpose — including claiming bonuses repeatedly — is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same name as the ocs8 account. Third-party transactions are not accepted and will be returned.

2.1 The ocs8 platform is open only to individuals who have reached the age of 18. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. ocs8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close the account of any member found to have registered before turning 18.
2.2 By registering, you confirm that you are not located in any jurisdiction where use of the ocs8 platform is prohibited or restricted by local law. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws rests entirely with the member.
2.3 ocs8 employees, their immediate family members, and any parties directly associated with platform operations are not eligible to register as members or use the platform's services.
3.1 Each individual is only permitted to hold one active ocs8 account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, emails, IP addresses, or payment methods is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ocs8 account username and password. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you immediately report unauthorised access to the ocs8 support team.
3.3 Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ocs8 reserves the right to request verification of information at any time through the KYC process. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.
3.4 The ocs8 KYC process requires members to submit a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport. Documents must be clear and legible. Verification is typically completed within 24 business hours of receiving complete documentation.
4.1 All deposits into an ocs8 account must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the account holder. ocs8 does not accept deposits from third parties or joint accounts.
4.2 Deposit methods accepted by ocs8 include FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and bank transfer. All deposits are credited within 60 seconds upon confirmation of payment receipt.

4.5 ocs8 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security or compliance review purposes. Members will be notified via email or platform notification if a withdrawal requires additional review.

5.1 All bonuses offered by ocs8 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback bonuses, and special promotions — are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. The specific terms of each promotion will be listed on the relevant promotions page and supersede these general terms in the event of any conflict.
5.2 The wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus-related cash can be withdrawn. ocs8's standard wagering requirement ranges from 10x to 35x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
5.3 Bonuses awarded automatically have a stated validity period. Unused bonuses that expire within this period will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
5.4 ocs8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and decline withdrawal requests if there is evidence that a member has abused the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or any activity deemed as bonus fraud.
6.1 All games available on the ocs8 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated.
6.2 Game results displayed on your screen are final. Any technical issue that occurs during a game session must be reported to the ocs8 support team within 24 hours. ocs8 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity failures on the member's end.
6.3 In the event of a technical disruption on ocs8's end that affects game outcomes, ocs8 will investigate the issue and, where necessary, void or restore the affected bets based on valid system records.
Ocs8 members are prohibited from doing the following:
8.1 ocs8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, failure to complete KYC, suspicious activity related to money laundering, or upon request by relevant authorities.
8.2 Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the ocs8 support team via live chat. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the verified payment method within 5 working days, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
8.3 For members who opt for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming programme, the account will be frozen for the stated period. During this time, members may not access the account or open a new account at ocs8.
9.1 ocs8 is not liable for any losses incurred by members arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from betting activity, indirect economic losses, or data loss.
9.2 The ocs8 platform is provided "as is". While ocs8 strives to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, ocs8 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or disruptions.
9.3 Under no circumstances shall ocs8's maximum liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.
10.1 The collection, use, and protection of members' personal data are governed by OCS8 Privacy Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions. By registering, you agree to the terms of the ocs8 Privacy Policy.
10.2 ocs8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and ocs8 servers. Payment card information and sensitive financial data are not stored on ocs8 servers.
10.3 Members' personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. ocs8 only shares data as required with payment service providers and relevant regulatory authorities.
11.1 All content on the ocs8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of ocs8 or its licensors. Any reuse, reproduction, or distribution of content without written permission from ocs8 is strictly prohibited.

12.1 If you have any complaints or disputes regarding your account or gameplay at ocs8, please contact the ocs8 customer support team first via live chat. ocs8 is committed to resolving all complaints within 5 business days.
12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support team, it will be escalated to ocs8 senior management for review. Decisions at this level are final for matters relating to game rules and bonus terms.
12.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ocs8 is registered. Any legal action relating to disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
13.1 ocs8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, except for changes that materially affect members' financial rights — in such cases, at least 7 days' notice will be given via registered email or platform notification.
13.2 It is the member's responsibility to review this terms and conditions page periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent amendment. Continued use of the ocs8 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
